**Shipping & Delivery**
→ Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from the UK or EU (usually Birmingham or Riga) to keep delivery fast and duty-free.

→ How long will my order take?
Production: 2–5 business days
UK delivery: 3–7 business days after printing
Total: 5–12 business days (we’ll email tracking the moment it ships)


**Returns & Refunds**
→ Can I return or exchange?
Custom-printed items (hoodies, tees, caps, beanies) are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns for “change of mind”.
Faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

→ What if my order arrives damaged?
Take a quick photo and email us at hello@ruraliztikurbanizt.com — we’ll sort it immediately.

**Sizing & Fit**
→ How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on every product page (we use UK/EU sizing). Still unsure? Drop us a DM — we reply fast.

→ What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna (pay in 3).

Yes — we use Shopify Payments (bank-level encryption).
